Job Title: Workshop/Field Service Engineer

Salary: £25k (OTE £30k)
Job Type: 40hrs p/w (+bonus for extra hours)
About the role:
We at Healthcheck Services have an excellent opportunity for an individual with basic Electrical, Electronic, PCs and networking service experience looking to join an industry leading company who can offer on the job training on their health kiosk and weighing machine, BP health monitors.
In this role you will be spilt 50-50 in the workshop refurbishing equipment and covering primarily Southeast and occasionally covering the UK as when needed.
You will be refurbishing equipment to a high standard and required to do basic fault finding this would typically involve a board exchange, setting up a network connection, routine service and maintenance of equipment calibration and PAT testing whilst also installing machines.
The role suit an individual with an Electrical or Electronic background who is looking for the chance to train as a Workshop/Field Service Engineer with an industry leading company.
- Ensure that all your targets and KPI’s are met and jobs are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Project a professional image of yourself with customer service at the forefront.
- Excellent communication skill.
- Can work under pressure.
- This job would suit someone with a can-do attitude and flexible approach to work.
- Refurbishing, Maintenance, Service & Installation on specialist machinery.
- Early starts required (occasional night outs paid at an enhanced rate)
- Workshop/Field Service Engineer covering primarily Southeast & and on occasionally covering the UK as when needed.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Some Electrical or Electronic experience.
- Strong ‘hands on skills’.
- Ideally some IT experience with networking/integration.
- Flexible and willing to learn with a can do attitude.
- Lives around Dartford, Gravesend, Maidstone, Sittingbourne and Medway Towns.
