Duties and Responsibilities:
- Construction of models and prototypes using a variety of materials and skills
- Manufacture of assembly and production jigs
- Assist with the construction and assembly of exhibition display stands
- Provision of technical support to internal company departments
- Sub assembly work on various products using hand tools
- Maintaining a clean, safe and tidy work environment
- General building repairs and maintenance
About you:
- Engineering qualification or similar practical background
- Hands on, practically minded and pro-active
- Creative, problem-solving skills
- Keen eye for detail
- Good communication, numerical and literacy skills
- Basic knowledge of IT
- The ability to accurately process sub-assembly documentation including technical drawings
- Ability to work as an individual or as part of a team
- Good understanding of Health and Safety
