The Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our aftersales team and diagnose/repair faults on Refuse Collection Vehicle equipment.
Main Responsibilities Include:
- Diagnosing and repairing faults on Refuse Collection Vehicle equipment.
- Fabricating and/or repairing structural issues on Refuse Collection Vehicle equipment.
- Accurately recording and reporting action taken to rectify faults.
- Examining and assessing vehicles for the purpose of providing quotations.

Experience:
- Experience in diagnostics and repair of vehicles is essential.
- Experience working in an automotive, mechanical, or agricultural maintenance or similar industry.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office computer software packages.
- Experience working within a strong safety culture.
- Experience gained in fabrication and welding in particular experience welding / fabricating would be advantageous.
Knowledge:
- Must be able to read technical drawings and electrical/hydraulic schematics.
- Knowledge of vehicle electrical systems.
- Knowledge of hydraulic systems.
Education:
- HNC or HND Engineering related discipline or Time Served Apprenticeship would be advantageous however, significant relevant experience would also be considered.

- The hours worked per week are 08.30 to 17.00 Monday to Thursday and 08.30 to 16.00 on a Friday
