Requirements of the Working Foreman
- Own tools
- Can work on own initiative
- Qualification of a minimum of time served as carpenter / apprenticeship, CSCS, all other qualifications would be an advantage
- SMSTS / SSSTS
- References and examples of work complete
- Driving License
Responsibilities of the Working Foreman
- Handling Carpentry, 1St Fix, 2nd Fix, roofing, partitions and general building
- Can work under your own direction
- Managing projects at site level
- Responsible for Health and Safety requirements
- Reporting to contracts manager daily
- In charge of labour resource and order materials
