Salary: £19,750 (pro rata)
Job type: Full/Part time, Seasonal between 7 – 12 months (Included some weekend and bank holiday working)

The Company helps everyone explore the story of how monarchs and people have shaped society in some of the greatest palaces ever built. They bring six extraordinary palaces to life, including the Tower of London, Hampton Court Palace, Kensington Palace, Kew Palace, the Banqueting House at Whitehall, and Hillsborough Castle in Northern Ireland.
They are currently recruiting for a dynamic, confident, and friendly Welcome Team Leader to inspire their established and skilled admissions team. Your challenge will be to lead the team in delivering consistent 5 star customer service and providing a warm welcome to Kensington Palace visitors from across the UK and around the world.
As a member of their Admissions Team, you will exceed their charitable targets through positive and proactive sales and 5 star customer service. Driven by your enthusiasm for delighting the customer you will have the chance to make a positive difference to every visitor’s day and generate the income to give their palaces a future as long and valuable as their past.

- Security awareness
- The ability to work within a high energy and positive team environment
Key Requirements:
Essential:
- Passion for working with people
- Experience of delivering a high standard of customer service
- Cash handling
- Experience in sales
- Basic IT skills
- Confidence working with high volumes of people in a fast-paced and high profile environment
- GCSEs (or equivalent)
Desirable:
- Experience with EPOS ticketing systems
- Language skills
