Job Title: Warehouse Team Leader (Night Shift)
Location: Fenstanton
Salary: £40,000 per annum
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 45 hours, Sunday to Thursday 6.00pm – 3.30am (Job finish)
Centrado Trading Limited is a progressive UK company that supplies materials to the picture framing industry.
We are recruiting for an outstanding individual who is reliable and hard-working, to be part of a highly motivated team.
We have grown through geographical expansion, competitive sourcing and increased product range and have just recently moved into a larger, new purpose-built premises in Fenstanton, Cambridgeshire.
The role is to control all picking and loading related activities of the Night Shift team. The successful candidate must have previous experience working and managing a team within a warehouse environment, be methodical and possess excellent attention to detail.
What will you be doing for us?
- Leading and organising the team
- Ensuring high standards of production, picking, packing & van loading are maintained
- Utilising the WMS to effectively lead the shift
- Meet working deadlines, highlight and resolve potential problems
- Monitoring performance to DIFOT targets
- Data analysis and associated report writing

- Previous Leadership experience
- Effective judgement and decision making
- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting
- In date FLT licence would be beneficial
