Job Title: Warehouse Night Supervisor
Location: Wandsworth, SW8 4DF
Salary: £23,000 per annum
Job Type: Full time, Ongoing Contract
Hours: 21.00 – 06.00
The Company a producer and distributor of speciality foods, are currently looking for Multidrop drivers for their busy routes around Central London. Your role will be to efficiently distribute pre-packed orders delivering to some of the company’s most prestigious clients in London.
About the role:
Objectives
- Managing and overseeing all the functions of the warehouse and ensuring smooth operations of all activities
- Managing warehouse workers and adhering to necessary safety and legal procedures or working
- Representing the company and deals with dispatch, assisting customers, and courier collecting
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Supervising the functions and managing all warehouse workers
- Delegating and assigning tasks and targets and evaluating staff performance
- Adhering to the compliance of all legal and safety procedures at work
- Supervising proper shift allocations and ensuring efficiency of all warehouse staff
- Organising and conducting necessary training activities for staff and workers
- Ensuring the proper functioning of all warehouse tools and equipment
- Using WMS and K8 systems efficiently
About you:
Knowledge/Skills/Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the safety and legal documentation process for handling related warehousing activities
- Excellent leadership and administration skills
- Strong motivational skills and team building capabilities
- Ability to effectively manage time
- Ability to solve issues
- Excellent decision maker
- Ability to efficiently coordinate with internal and external workers of the company
- Excellent cross department communication skills

- To take reasonable precautions to protect the Company’s property
- To challenge any unauthorised personnel on the premises
