Job Title: Warehouse Operative (FLT)

Salary: £25,168 per year (£11.00 p/h) to £26,312 per year (£11.50 p/h)

The Role:
To assist in the efficient and effective running of the various Warehouse functions, providing continuity and support across all departments.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Meet production targets and customer deadlines
- Complete required paperwork
- Complete daily checks
- Follow Safe Working Practices
- Adhere to Health & Safety and environmental procedures and regulations
The Person:
- Self-motivated, proactive and can work under pressure
- A can-do attitude, able to overcome obstacles with a team approach
- Ability to follow instructions
- Good practical skills
- Ability to work flexible hours on a continental shift pattern working days, nights and weekends
Knowledge, Training and Experience required
- Experience of working in a busy warehouse across multiple sites
- Possess a forklift truck licence
- Possess driver’s licence
- Health, safety and quality awareness
- Excellent attendance and timekeeping
Shift Pattern:
Continental 4-week pattern, working rotating days and nights (including weekends), hours from 07:00/19:00 to 19:00/07:00, average 38.5 hour week.
