Job Title: Warehouse / Logistics Operative
Location: Didcot Quarter, (Near Milton Park), Abingdon, Oxfordshire
Salary: £21,000 – £22,000 plus discretionary bonus and overtime
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent (Monday to Friday)
Simon Hegele provide specialist logistics support to leading manufacturers within the medical industry. We are a well-established and expanding company who have recently moved into a brand new purpose build logistics facility.
The Role:
In this hands-on Logistics position you will be responsible for the handling of goods passing through the warehouse. Working as part of a cohesive team you will support the collection, storage and delivery of high value medical components and equipment in an environment where safety and quality are our top priority. The role is process driven and involves both manual handling and use of MHE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Loading and unloading vehicles safely
- Follow process to book in/out goods
- Picking and packing with high levels of care and accuracy
- Maintaining a clean and tidy workplace
Desirable
- Driving licence would be beneficial
