Job Title: Warehouse Co-Ordinator

Working Hours: 38 Hours per week (07:30 to 16:00 Monday to Thursday and Friday 07:30 – 12:50)
Greater Manchester based Heatrod Elements is the UK’s leading manufacturer of heating elements and associated process heating equipment required for industrial heating applications.
Having recently moved into a brand new, environmentally conscious production facility in Bolton we are uniquely positioned to provide electric products and solutions using manufacturing processes which are sympathetic to our precious environment. “Renewable ways to make renewable energy friendly equipment”.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general warehouse/stores duties including unloading and housekeeping
- Manage webshop stock and orders
- Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods
- Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employee’s performance
- Stock control – Organise and maintain inventory and storage area
- Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy
- Communicate job expectations and coach employees
- Determine staffing levels and assign workload
- Interface with customers to answer questions or solve problems
- Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilise reports to project warehouse status
- Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices
About you:
- Warehouse/Stores experience essential
- FLT experience or knowledge desirable as training will be given
- Must be a Team player
- Excellent customer service skills – ability to communicate at all levels
- Good time management / attendance
- Excellent IT and Literacy Skills
