Job Title: Warehouse Administrator
Location: Milton Park, Oxfordshire
Salary: £21,000 – £22,000 depending on experience
Type: Full Time, Permanent (40 hours per week, 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday)
Based in Milton Park, Abingdon we are looking for an Administrator to join our growing team. Simon Hegele provides specialist logistics support to leading medical imaging manufacturers, we have exciting expansion plans and prioritise quality and professionalism.
We are looking for an attentive, customer-focused individual to support our Senior Logistics Administrator with the smooth running of our Goods In office. Full training will be provided.
Key Duties:
- Schedule deliveries to distribute workflow throughout the day
- Daily communication with customers and their suppliers
- Accurately book goods in using SAP
- Manage the collection or delivery of small items to customers within the factory and offices
- Produce labels, picking lists and other documentation for stock movements
- Collate the end of month reports
- Maintain stock control systems and complete inventory checks
About you:
To be successful in this role you will be confident learning new processes and ensuring these are followed. You will be motivated by providing a quality service to both customers and colleagues, have the ability to prioritise your workload and reprioritise when urgent issues arise.
Key Requirements:
- Good command of the English language, both written and oral
- Customer-focused attitude
- Administration experience, ideally in a logistics environment
- Good general IT skills are essential, knowledge of SAP would be advantageous
- Experience in Aviation security or AEO processes would be beneficial
