Job Title: ULR Operations Coordinator

Salary: £22,000 to £24,000

Direct Accident was formed in 1996 to assist clients who had been involved in road traffic accidents caused by another party. In that time, we have helped literally thousands of clients by taking away the worry and inconvenience that inevitably result from an accident caused by somebody else.
Working in support of the ULR Logistics Manager to provide admin support and coordinate all movements and processes required to interface end to end accident management processes with core claim and repairs functions.
About the role:
- Coordination of client vehicle recovery using most appropriate resource
- Coordination of Internal client vehicle transfers to inspection locations
- Requesting engineer inspections for recovered vehicles
- Processing client vehicles based on inspection outcome
- Administration of client total loss and disposal process
- Administration of client vehicles in storage locations
- Coordination of hire and repair for drivable repairs
- Updating database
- Providing SLA MI for all ancillary functions
- Ad hoc duties as requested
