About the role:
The Turkish Baths Harrogate is an iconic Spa built on its reputation and history. We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated team members with a welcoming personality.
Turkish Baths Attendants play a pivotal role in The Turkish Baths experience, welcoming and supporting our customers throughout their time at The Turkish Baths. Work hours are on a rota basis that includes evening and weekend hours. Duties include customer care, maintaining a clean and safe environment, presentation of facilities and supporting other team members to ensure a relaxing and smooth experience for all customers.
In joining the team you will be part of a transformational journey for the sport, leisure, and active lifestyle services involving a £40miilion investment package to transform facilities and the introduction of exciting new service developments.
On 1st August 2021 the service will move to a new Local Authority Controlled Company, Brimhams Active, and you will be helping to deliver the Vision of “A healthier more active population living longer, more independent and happier lives.” On this date, this role will transfer to Brimhams Active Limited under TUPE on the current terms of employment, a period of continuous employment would be preserved including membership of the North Yorkshire Pension Fund.
About you:
A background in the hospitality/Spa industry or customer facing roles would be an advantage but not essential. We offer in house training with the opportunity to work towards qualifications where relevant.
