The role:
Technical Surfaces / Sportex Group is currently looking for a motivated, hardworking individual to join our Operations Department as a Transport and Asset Co-ordinator.
- We are looking to expand our current team to assist and carry out a variety of transport and asset management tasks.
- The position is based at our Leicester depot, with a requirement for regular visits to our Grangemouth (Scotland) depot.
- To assist in managing and maintaining a fully compliant fleet of both vehicles and assets.
- There is an expectation of 1 – 2 visits to Scotland per month, to be on call for emergencies during the evenings and weekends and to be the first point of contact for the group for anything vehicle or machinery related.
The Candidate:
- Commutable to Leicester
- Available Monday to Friday
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ideally hold a Transport Managers CPC (OR happy to work towards).
- Hold good communication skills, happy to communicate to internal and external individuals.
- Ideally had experience within a Transport Operation.
