We will deliver an ambitious programme of continuous improvement, embedding strengths based practice across our teams, applying digital technologies to support a single front door for customers to access advice, signposting and services, exploit assistive technologies in residents’ homes and streamline our internal systems and processes.
The Role:
As Transformation Strategic Programme Manager within the Walsall Proud Programme Team, your responsibilities will include:
- As a senior member of the Transformation and Change Team (Corporate PMO) you will work closely with the Executive Director for Adult Social Care as executive sponsor
- You will lead the Continuous Improvement Programme, manage the governance around the Programme and coordinate and manage the resources
- Working with key stakeholders to design, develop and deliver significant programmes of change
- Championing best practice and industry standard programme, project and change management frameworks to successfully deliver change
The Candidates:
We are looking for a talented and experienced programme manager with experience of leading cross cutting change programmes, particularly with experience in the social care arena. You will be an excellent leader and communicator, able to bring together multi-disciplinary stakeholders to design and deliver new ways of working in a timely and effective manner.
You must have experience of developing organisational capability and capacity through change along with a track record of successful delivery of a sizeable organisational change programme, preferably with social care. It is essential that you have good analytical, conceptual and financial analysis skills.
To apply you must be educated to degree level and hold a recognised programme or project management qualification.
