Job Title: Training Coordinator
Location: Heage, Derbyshire

Due to expansion of the training function, we are looking for a Training Coordinator to support our HR Team, based at our Headquarters at Heage.
Duties of the Role:
- Being the first point of contact for training for the B+K Group
- Communicating with training providers and maintaining relationships
- Co-ordinating all training for employees, booking courses, rooms and buffets, etc
- Inviting trainees through Training Manager and managing this system
- Updating Training Manager User manuals as needed
- Producing reports on training costs and figures for the Board
- Ensuring all invoices are processed and are accurately costed to the correct areas of the business
- Updating the training database, logging attendance and maintaining training records
- Issuing certificates of achievements and attendance
- Printing course material required for the training courses
- Ensuring the trainer has the required equipment to deliver the course
- Making individual course bookings, adding onto the training database and issuing joining instructions
- Endeavour to fill the course by sending reminders and backfilling any spaces with reserves
- Making sure the signing in sheet and a training evaluation form is completed by all
- Clearing the meeting room once the training has finished ready for the next day
- Monitoring the Training Manager Support inbox and responding to email queries
- Processing any new starter certificates and create new profile on Training Manager
- Removing leavers from Training Manager
- Dealing with all training related queries/issues
