Salary: £20,000 – £23,000 depending on experience

The Role:
The Company are looking to expand its HR Team in Mansfield and are seeking an enthusiastic, confident and dedicated Training Administrator. The role is to support the new TIS Training Academy and provide HR admin support. You will have regular contact with the Company’s apprentices and adult learners ensuring that all their training needs are met throughout their apprenticeship.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Managing communications with apprentices and adult learners
- Planning and scheduling study blocks with our learning partner
- Carrying out regular progress reviews with the learners
- Assisting the HR Manager and Technical Manager with the full apprenticeship learning journey
- Administration for the training academy and learner documentation
- Assisting with the configuration of the Training Academy Software
- Keeping Line Managers up to date with training schedules/rotations
- Learner wellbeing reviews
- Assist with training gap analysis
- Assisting with employee Screening
- Assisting with Clothing and PPE ordering and distribution
- General HR administration
- Occasional travel to remote offices
- Maintaining and accurate recording of data/documents on the Training and HR database
The Candidate:
- Experience of working in a training environment
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office 365
- Knowledge of training software and/or configuration (desired)
- Level 3 administration qualification or equivalent
- A strong team player with an excellent attitude and professional character
- Excellent planning, organisation and attention to detail including the ability to manage time and prioritise effectively
- Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Be able to communicate and build successful working relationships with customers and colleagues
