About us:
Media First was formed around 40 years ago. Initially, we specialised in media training before evolving to help our clients with their wider communications challenges.
Today, although still called Media First, we are ultimately known as specialists in communications training.
Our company is growing. We currently work with 40 of the FTSE 100 and have just moved into state-of-the-art TV and radio studios in Winnersh.
The Role:
This is a rare opportunity to join our operations team working with some of the world’s largest brands.
The right candidate will have a strong background in administration and customer relations.
You will be part of our operations team, supporting our account managers and customers.
You might be sending contracts to our clients, joining instructions to delegates, booking catering and studios or anything else that means our business continues to run smoothly and grow.
You’ll need to be self-motivated, with exceptional customer service skills and previous experience working as part of a busy office-based administration team.
You’ll manage your own time and will have a lot of autonomy but will be relied upon to meet deadlines. So, you will need a good work ethic, excellent organisational skills, superb attention to detail, and a desire to get the job done.
