Job Title: Trainee Surveyor/ Graduate Estimator
Location: High Wycombe
Salary: £20,000 – £28,000.
Job type: 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday. Full-time, Permanent. You need to be based within commuting distance of the M25 as we work all over the South East with an office based in South Oxfordshire.

Centar Surfacing are an exciting, forward-thinking and totally independent company formed by highly experienced professionals with proven track records in delivering high quality surfacing. Centar Surfacing Specialise in Asphalt Concrete surfacing and any associated ground works.
The Role:
We are looking for graduates with a passion for the built environment. We are open to considering people with a broad range of degree subjects, but would love you to be able to evidence a passion for working outdoors as well as being office based.
We have 2 different graduate vacancies, one within sales and one within our on-site supervisor team. Both roles involve site visits, a driving licence is essential and a vehicle will be provided.
We have a great history of nurturing and developing our junior staff, providing all of the necessary on the job training, allowing you to develop your skills and attain sought after recognised qualifications – most of our management team have moved up internally and progressed with us. Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- 5 GCSE grade C or level 5 or above (ideally including Maths and English)
- A self-motivated and reliable personality
- A full and clean driving licence
- Good communication skills
