Job Title: Trainee Marketing Admin / Executive

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent, 37.5 hours per week
Based in Verwood we are seeking to appoint an experienced and dynamic Administrator to join the Sales & Marketing team to help achieve our goals.
The ideal candidate will have experience and knowledge of customer best practices and is a strong team player with excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Process orders via email or phone.
- Check data accuracy for orders.
- Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries.
- Maintain and update sales and customer records.
- Maintain monthly sales reports.
- Provide administrative support to sales team to produce quotes.
- Provide administrative support to compile targeted email shots to clients and prospective clients.
- Provide administrative support for producing marketing collateral in line with branding guidelines.
- Stay up-to-date with new products and features.
Requirements and skills
- Proven work experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support agent.
- Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- A team player with high level of dedication.
- A willingness to learn, train and develop technical skills.
- Certification in Marketing, Sales or relevant field is a plus
