We have a brilliant opportunity for a Junior Plumber to join us on our exciting journey to lower carbon emissions to combat climate change.
Having completed your Plumbing & Heating Level 2 qualifications, you will be eager to kick start your career journey as a Junior Plumber within domestic installation and have a thirst for expanding your knowledge, building your experience, and progressing within the renewables industry. We are looking for a passionate, motivated, and driven individual who loves to learn and gets stuck in.
What you will be doing:
As a Trainee Plumber you will be supporting the delivery of Air Source Heat Pumps installations into our customer homes, under the guidance of a Heating Installation Engineer, learning as you go! You will be driven to go above and beyond for our customers, exceeding their expectations is what we do best, our customers comes first. You will be confident and decisive to ensure that installs are done both well and safely.

- Plumbing & Heating NVQ Level 2 or similar qualification
- You will be focused and passionate about providing a world class installation experience, always putting Customers First
- A team player that’s friendly, trustworthy, and as honest as they come
- You will ambitious and driven to continue on your learning journey and progress to a fully-fledged Heating Engineer
- Be flexible and open to change in a fast paced and evolving business
- Be a proactive problem solver with a can-do attitude and a clear desire to do what’s best and what’s right for the customer and the business
- Excellent communicator (in both written and verbal communications).
- A current UK driving licence
- Happy to travel between a patch covering Exeter / Yeovil area overnight when required
