The Role:

This is a field-based role and travel will be required. Training will be held at one of our three sites, on the road or remotely.
About You:
- You don’t need to be in sales role as we will equip you with all the tools to master the sales process. You will learn the art of persuasion, negotiation, and relationship building from industry experts and discover how to navigate the complex landscape of logistics sales with finesse.
- We are seeking tenacious, self-motivated and resilient individuals with a mentality to win in everything you do.
- You will have previous experience dealing with people and excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Full UK driving licence.
Career Progression:
- Plan to move onto Business Development Manager roles within 12 months and further progression into the business afterwards
- As soon as you start selling you will start to earn uncapped commission
- With our blended learning approach of face-to-face / virtual learning, you will work with managers to become the best you can be
