Working Hours: Monday to Saturday Operating Hours 9am-7pm Alternate Saturdays: 9am-1pm

About the Role:
We are looking to hire a dedicated Trainee Dental Assistant to join our team and contribute to the exceptional clinical care we provide to our patients. At our state-of-the-art facility, conveniently located with easy access from a Central overground and underground station (5 mins walk), and many bus routes, you’ll have the chance to make a significant impact on our patients’ experiences and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Care and Support: Assist in delivering exceptional clinical care to patients by providing chairside assistance during dental procedures. Ensure a pleasant patient experience, addressing any concerns or queries to make their visit comfortable and reassuring
- Compliance and Regulatory Adherence: Abide by the regulations set out by the General Dental Council, ensuring strict compliance with industry standards and guidelines. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all patient interactions and record-keeping
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team of dental professionals to coordinate and assist in various clinical and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within the practice. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and effective communication amongst team members
- Organization and Efficiency: Assist in managing the dental operatory, ensuring all equipment and instruments are prepared, sterilized, and organized for each patient appointment. Help maintain a clean and hygienic workspace, contributing to the overall safety and well-being of both patients and staff
