UK driving license to be held
Qualifications required:
Minimum 4 GCSE grade 4/C or above, to include maths and English. A levels or equivalent level 3 diploma
Further training will be provided (BSc Degree Programme), progression and company benefits
Key duties:
- Assisting with a number of projects, managing costs and meeting and managing the customers’ expectations
- Assisting with maintaining H&S on site
- Responsible for maintaining regular cost inputs and collect and communicate financial information
- Raise invoices, valuations and completion certificates
- Produce O&M Manuals
- Attend site survey visits, pre-contract meetings and regular meetings throughout the process
Candidates with the relevant experience or job titles of: Project Management, Project Administrator, Project Estimator, Project Planning, Project Coordinator, Project Director, Project Manager, Project Lead, Lead Project Manager, Construction Project Manager may also be considered for this role.
