Pringles Care Services Ltd are looking to recruit a Care Coordinator. This is an office based role where you will work alongside our experienced care-coordinator – is based in West London. Pringles Care Services Ltd are a well-established and expanding domiciliary care agency that has been providing Care Assistants to clients and helping them to continue living safely and independently in their own.
Applicants must be mature and have knowledge of the care sector. You should also have some knowledge of domiciliary care.
Full training will be provided you will need to be able working closely with the senior co-ordinator.
The Care Coordinator’s duties will include:
- Accepting care packages and assigning care workers to service users in an appropriate manner;
- Producing care workers’ rotas and managing the roster software;
- Using electronic monitoring software to monitor care workers’ attendance and timeliness for visits;
- Arranging care reviews and risk assessments for service users with the field supervisor;
- Conducting telephone monitoring and service user visits and ensuring service quality;
- Liaising with clients, local authorities and social workers
- Speaking with clients and services users over the phone
The role of Care Coordinator is a key role in the company that will require the individual to work alongside the senior co-ordinator to ensure the smooth running of visits to our clients. In order for the Care Coordinator to perform effectively, the successful applicant will have had previous experience care experience and be able to adapt to changes and deal with pressure and will also possess the following key attributes, which must be demonstrated at interview:

Essential Skills and Experience:
- At least 3 years’ experience as the Care worker of a domiciliary care agency or residential care home
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience as a care worker is ESSENTIAL
