Moody Direct is a leading supplier of process and packaging products and services to the dairy, food, beverage, brewery, food, ice cream, pharmaceutical, chemical and personal care industries in the following areas:
Key tasks
The candidate will have knowledge or experience to undertake the following key tasks;
- Issuing invoices and monthly statements;
- Processing external post;
- Processing internal post;
- Raising purchase orders;
- Processing of credit card statements;
- Managing and monitoring employee workwear;
- Managing and ordering stationary;
- Answering telephone and resolving supplier queries;
- Maintaining accurate records for employee holiday requests;
- Assisting with marketing correspondence, material or events as and when required;
- Preparing conference room for monthly board meetings;
- General ad-hoc admin duties;
The successful candidate will, over time, develop and learn to undertake the following key tasks;
- Process vendor invoices and payments to settlement conclusion (both domestic and overseas;
- Reconcile of vendor statements – review and solve any issues;
- Banking/Daily cash allocation and resolving any associated issues;
- Treasury management including cash/cheques are deposited with the bank;
- Producing timely and accurate monthly reports and associated backup, or as and when requested for management meetings / management review;
- Process and post of Barclaycards and Expenses;
- Driving licence checks
- Process sales invoices on online portals. Eg OB10 etc;
- Process cash sales/recharge invoicing as and when necessary;
- Monthly reconciliation of petty cash;
- Assisting with bank reconciliations;
- Process of monthly business mileage / expenses;
- Assisting with the preparation of EC sales returns;
- Assisting with Confidential Invoice Discounting administration;
- Assisting with credit control as required.

Formal Qualifications
- Qualification by experience
- GCSE Grades 9 – 4 in English and Maths;
