Founded in 1991 with a head office in Madrid they operate waterparks, aquariums, animal parks, theme Parks, ski Resorts and wellness spas. Their UK operation consists of 9 sites spread across the entire UK and you may be required to travel, including overnight stays, to any of them in line with the business needs.

The Role:
This is a trainee accountant role with a difference. For sure it contains the usual expectations of an accounting role however the environment is pretty unique as you may be doing stock counts of fish one day and rollercoasters the next. It’s a fast paced environment and you’ll be given opportunities in all areas of accounting meaning you fulfil your practical requirements of a professional qualification, such as CIMA or ACCA, as well as the theory side in taking exams. A study support package is available with this trainee role.
You’ll need to use both Sage Payroll and Sage 200 Accounts so previous experience would be very advantageous.

Already AAT qualified you are ready to take the next step in your accounting career. You need to be organised, methodical friendly and outgoing and able to build relationships easily. A natural communicator and team player and thrive in an environment that is a bit different from the norm, have a desire to get involved in all aspects of the business and understand that their success relies on the quality of their hospitality.
