The role:
This role will drive tenant led engagement and ensuring it is constructive, meaningful and in the best interest of all tenants and the organisation. We are looking for an individual to join the busy Tenant Services team, engaging with our current tenant engagement groups, developing and recruiting to new groups as well as delivering digital engagement. Customer Satisfaction will also be part of the role, developing initiatives for its collection and interpretation to improve East Suffolk Council’s services to its tenants and residents.
You will be the day-to-day lead for tenant engagement, so will be responsible for the development of the Tenant Engagement Strategy, its implementation and monitoring, as well as organising meetings for all aspects of tenant engagement.
About you:
You should have a thorough understanding of the principles and methods of Tenant Engagement, experience of working in a customer facing role, as well as dealing with external agencies and partners. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential.
