The Role/Candidate:
We are looking for Sales Executives to join our music licensing client PPLPRS. Do you champion music? Are you passionate about making sure that music creators and performers are fairly rewarded for their work?
What will I do in the role?
As the first point of contact you will be primarily responsible for managing all aspects of the order entry and account management process, the individual will be responsible for ensuring the needs of all customers are met in a timely and professional manner.
Our goal is to ensure, as a team, we meet, deliver and where possible, exceed our client’s expectations and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
MAIN ACTIVITIES:
- To call businesses to establish music usage and potential music usage and to sell licences where needed
- To sell the value and benefits of PPLPRS’ wide-ranging repertoire to businesses – new and existing customers
- To display excellent sales and negotiation skills to maximise the potential of each call
- To carry out all customer interactions as a PRS for Music ‘Brand Ambassador’ at all times
- To calculate and issue licences to customers, agreeing payment terms and dates and ensuring that new account details are processed accurately and efficiently
- Encouraging and taking customer payments over the telephone
- To embrace the challenge of dealing with business owners and handle objection when needed.
- To accurately log all call outcomes
- To deal with all interactions with the utmost professionalism with both the clients and customers’ needs remaining a priority at all times
- To demonstrate the ability to adjust the scripted sales pitch to meet the needs of individual customers
- To meet and deliver personal and team targets to ensure delivery of results and exceed client expectations
- To ensure that all licences are 100% accurate
- To willingly undertake all necessary training provided by the Training Leader or the client as required
- To work consistently to the highest standards possible
- Using initiative, raise any operational or technical concerns to the Team Leader as soon as they are identified
- To undertake any other reasonable tasks as required by the Team Leader
KEY SKILLS:
Essential
- Experience of working in a fast paced, competitive environment
- Experience in a sales position
- Experience in building strong client or customer relationships
Desirable
- Experience of working in a contact centre environment
- An understanding of the music industry
