Job Title: Account Manager
Location: Office based at our site in Watford, Unit 7a, Odhams Trading Estate, St Albans Road, Watford, WD24 7RY
Salary: £25,000 per year, OTE £30,000
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent.
Hours of work: Core hours of work for our business are Monday to Friday 08:30-17:00 (40 hours) however we do have various working patterns around these core hours too. Below are the options for working patterns as follows;
- 30 – 17.00 (Monday to Friday)
- 00 – 17.30 (Monday to Friday)
- 30 – 19.00 (Monday to Friday)

Main purpose of role:
Our Account Management and Customer Service teams are really important to our success and a critical part of our customer’s positive experience with us.
You will have your own portfolio of EXISTING customers and you will be expected to build rapport with these customers and provide great service (we want you to provide the level of service that you would want and expect receive). For our customers you will need to identify and create opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell new and existing products.

Key Job Responsibilities:
- NO COLD CALLING
- Handle day-to-day call diary and account admin
- Maintain high focus on A & B customers (A & B Customer being the highest volume customer by spend)
- Influence New Account trading
- Utilise reporting tools to maximise sales opportunities
- Support designated Field Sales colleagues with admin activities
- Liaise with other departments to resolve and improve challenges
- Promote flash sales, incentives and new product launches
- Support varying customer needs via inbound calls, outbound calls and email
- Manage customer expectations efficiently, escalate where necessary
- Achieve or exceed personal and team targets
- Any other duties as required

Brilliant customer service and helping customers is fundamental to this role, full product and system training will be provided. You don’t have to be vegan or a foodie to join our team, but a passion for selling brilliant products and helping customers is a must. Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Computer literate
- Strong organisational skills, self-starter

Qualifications Required:
- Minimum of 5 GCSE’s (or equivalent) at grade C or above, including Maths and English
Experience Required:
- Minimum of one years’ experience in a sales environment
Salary & Benefits:
