Job Title: Technical Services Administrator
Location: Luton
Salary: £28,000 – £32,500 per annum
Job Type: This is a permanent, full time role (40 hours per week, normally Monday to Friday, 0800 to 16:30 with a 30 minute unpaid break.)

We are currently recruiting for a Technical Services Administrator to join our established, reputable busy team at our Luton base.
THE ROLE:
Reporting to the Lead Technical Services Co-ordinator, this role is responsible for the administrative requirements of the Technical Services department.
A summary of key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;
- Entering aircraft maintenance technical data into OASES.
- Scanning completed work packs into records system.
- Assisting the Co-ordinators to generate customer quotes.
- Assisting the Co-ordinators to generate aircraft log book certificates.
- Customer work pack shipping/documentation shipping management.
- Other Administrative duties required by the Technical Services department to support Engineering.
- Audit completed work packs received back from the Engineering Department.
- Undertake all duties and tasks that may be delegated by the Engineering Manager and/or Lead Technical Services Coordinator.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
Previous experience of working within an aviation/airline environment is beneficial however not essential.
This role is suitable for anyone with a strong administration/personal assistant background who is familiar with dealing with multiple priorities and teams at any one time.
Good computer skills (Microsoft packages, general working knowledge of systems) are a requirement.
Applicants should have an organised, adaptable and flexible approach with strong interpersonal skills and a diplomatic approach. You will be enthusiastic, willing to learn and maintain a professional appearance and manner at times in sometimes challenging circumstances. The ability to prioritise in an ever-changing environment, remain calm and adapt under pressure are essential to the role.
Excellent communication skills are key to this role, combined with courtesy and integrity which are equally as important. Good administration skills and computer literacy are essential qualities.
The role may at times be required to provide support at both locations therefore a full UK driving licence is essential, as is holding the right to live in and work in the UK.
