Job Title: Business Development Manager (Industrial Doors, Dock Levellers and associated products)
Location: Wellingborough
Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 OTE, depending on experience
Job type: Permanent, Full time (40 hours per week)
The Company is one of the largest independent industrial door companies in the UK, with over 60 teams of mobile engineers, providing service, repair and installation solutions for all types of industrial door and loading bay equipment across the country. They are a forward thinking and growing company who have doubled in size over the past 5 years and who are now looking for good people to help them continue this expansion.
The Role:
Working alongside local management and experienced engineers this is an excellent opportunity to work for a well-established and expanding company in an integral role, based from their new Wellingborough depot covering the Southern region. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities from self-created leads within their territory as well as maintaining and growing the existing customer portfolio.
The Candidate:
Previous experience within the industrial door industry would be a distinct advantage, although candidates with proven field sales experience within a similar electro-technical industry will be considered.
Equally, an engineer with a wealth of knowledge within the industrial door industry who has a good attention to detail, strong administrative and customer service skills and is looking to move into a sales role, may be considered.
The successful candidate must be organised and self-motivated with a sound business acumen and a desire to succeed.
