Job Title: Technical Sales Executive
Location: Poole
Salary: £20,000 – £25,000 Dependent on Experience + Monthly Performance Bonus “subject to KPI” – OTE of £30-£35K

Job Role:
The Company, natural & smoke ventilation specialists, are currently looking for a Technical Sales person to join their busy team in Poole. They’ve been trading since 1988 and are one of the leading specialists in their field and supply products in the UK to both individuals and trade customers alike. Your role will be a mixture of phone sales inbound and outbound plus managing current accounts and looking for new business as well as offering the highest level of customer service throughout the whole process.
Key Tasks:
- Accurately process quotations and orders received by telephone, email or fax in a timely manner.
- Deal with any customer enquiries politely and efficiently.
- Liaising with other departments/suppliers to make sure all quotes are technically correct.
- Upsell and cross sell other products during the sales process.
- Offer customers guidance and advice on our full range of products.
- General admin sales tasks as required.
- Actively push yourself to learn about the company’s products and services.
You will need to have:
- A great telephone manner
- The ability to listen to the customer
- Sales/ Account managing experience required
- Good attention to detail
- Skills to effectively prioritise and manage a varied work load
- Good IT Skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
