About the role:
We have an opportunity for an interim Technical & Regulatory Associate who will have an integral role for 6-9 months’ maternity cover within our small Regulatory team.
In this customer centric role, you will manage all global customer regulatory and product enquiries in a timely manner and demonstrate a natural ability to communicate and develop strong relationships in a helpful and enthusiastic way.
About you:
To be successful in this role, you will need to be proactive and not be phased when dealing with the technical and regulatory nature of our customer requests.
You must possess excellent administrative skills along with the ability to multi-task without getting flustered, plan and organise your work systematically and methodically.
A degree in science, regulatory affairs or equivalent is desirable or having either a Customer Service or Business Administration qualification would be advantageous.
