Job Title: Technical Order Processor

Location: West Thurrock

Salary: £24,000 to £26,000.00 /year depending on experience

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

The Company is a bespoke distributor and installer based in South Essex, are seeking an Order Processor to join their expanding team.

The Role:

Within this role, you’ll liaise directly with design stores and home developers; taking and entering orders on to the in-house system. You’ll work closely with the design team to see the sale through from initial order enquiry to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing a high volume of orders from order placement through to successful delivery
  • Manage the design and delivery of product to customers
  • Create and Edit designs for customers via Smart Build and utilising 2DCAD from order specifications
  • Update the in-house CRM system and Sage with correct customer information
  • Liaising with Warehouse, Sales and Technical departments in order to complete successful orders
  • Provide general administrative support to the company

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate will be a strong administrator with outstanding customer service skills, good understanding of excel, and some knowledge of 2D CAD would be a distinct advantage. This is a great opportunity for someone with an interest in construction design and administration who is looking to utilise their skills within a technical environment.

  • Previous telephone-based sales experience essential, preferably in technical environment
  • Experience in a customer focused role
  • Ambitious and driven
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Meticulous attention to detail with ability to prioritise conflicting workloads
