About the role;
To deliver, manage and assist in maintaining our clients digital signage networks from the testing phase through install and on-going management. To provide support for our clients where required. Aid in creating digital content for our clients digital signage estates.
Requirements:
To configure digital signage systems both from a content management and player perspective. These systems include Scala, BrightSign, Nexmosphere and MagicInfo. Testing hardware before being dispatched for install. Supporting our clients with any potential issues they have in the field with their equipment. Updating and managing client content updates as required. Assisting in the creation and editing of client content using the Adobe CC suite. Maintaining our client estates, looking to minimise downtime wherever possible. Researching and working with suppliers to test new technologies and apply the potential use cases to our clients.
Essential;
- Knowledge of AV hardware and software.
- Knowledge of computer hardware including, desktop PCs, laptops and mobile devices.
- Experience of installing, and using Microsoft Windows.
- Ability to troubleshoot a multitude of hardware and software problems and to learn and adapt to new
