Liftec is a successful privately owned independent lift company providing maintenance and modernisation solutions to a variety of customers. We are currently looking for a Service Manager to join our busy team.
About the role:
Liftec is looking Liftec is looking for a well organised individual as a Technical and Compliance Co-ordinator to support both the Chief Engineer and Compliance Manager ensuring compliance of Quality Assurance, industry standards and Health & Safety regulations. The role will provide additional administrative support alongside the O & M administrator and work within the Construction Department on all administration related tasks and processes to assist the Project Managers and Buyer, ensuring well maintained record keeping and customer service, there is also an expectation to provide telephone support via overflow system when required.

Essential requirements:
- Erudite and mathematically competent
- Educated to GCSE level (English and Maths) or equivalent
- NVQ Business Administration L2/L3
- An awareness of Technical requirements of due diligence within the Engineering / Construction sector
- Experience in completing technical documents and understanding quality assurance processes.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge in MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of .pdf editing software packages.
- Ability to interpret project management software.
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time-keeping and attendance record.
