What does a Team Leader do at Hillingdon?
Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in the lives of adults with Learning Disabilities and complex needs? We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to join our compassionate team at Hatton Grove, a CQC registered residential home.

As a Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in maximizing the wellbeing and independence of our service users. Your responsibilities will include leading shifts within our residential services, supervising our dedicated staff, and ensuring the day-to-day delivery of exceptional care. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in working with Adults with Learning Disabilities and complex needs.
About you:
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience of working with people with learning or physical disabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in IT
- Willingness to work on a rotating schedule, covering all days of the week, 365 days a year, and ability to carry out sleeping duties
