Job Title: Holiday Club Site Leader (x2 Positions Available)
Location: Slough and Hounslow
Salary: £11 – £12.50 per hour + Holiday Pay (experience dependent)

Fun Fest for Children specialise in offering high quality children’s holiday clubs, before and after school clubs, parties and, from 2021 nurseries. Fun Fest offers children a choice about how they spend their time out of school. With a menu of different activities for kids to choose from every morning and afternoon, each child can design their own individual programme for their holiday camp or after school club.
We have 2 positions available for individuals across the Slough, Hounslow and neighbouring areas so if you are looking to earn during the school holidays whilst working in a fun and exciting environment we’d love to hear from you!
The Role:
Our site leaders and managers are expected to undertake administration and preparation responsibilities and communicate effectively with the team. Planning and preparing equipment for staff for the already prepared activity plans will be crucial. Ensuring a high standard of personal, emotional and social care for all children in the club whilst promoting high standard at all times to parents, staff and visitors is required. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the club as a whole including the following:
- Registrations
- Quality Improvement
- Risk Assessments
- Recording Incidents
- Managing and Supervising Staff
Desired Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
- Experience in a management or leadership position
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate
- Highly organised and able to follow policy and procedure of the company
- A vibrant and resilient team player motivated and ready to get involved
- Flexible and adaptable to work in different work environments
- Knowledge and experience of Child Protection, Safeguarding and Health and Safety- training by Fun Fest will be provided
- Childcare qualification is a bonus but not essential
- Paediatric First Aid training is desirable
- Experience working with children from 3 – 12 years is desirable
