Job Title: Tea-Time Club Leader and Learning Support Assistant
Location: Ware
Salary: £13 per hour
Job Type: Part-Time
Working hours: Monday to Friday, between 3.30pm and 6.00pm
(Additional hours as a Learning Support Assistant will be available for the right candidate, to support the pastoral and academic care of the students of our Prep School)

The Role:
The role involves supporting the students and providing general support to teachers in the management of students’ learning in and out of the classroom and during Tea-Time Club. To support and assist staff with the social, physical and educational needs of pupils.
About you:
The post will involve close contact with, and a high degree of responsibility for, children and young adults. The majority of this will be regulated activity.
Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children is everyone’s responsibility. As with all College staff members, you will therefore be responsible for providing a safe environment in which children can learn.
Qualifications:
An NVQ Level 3 or similar is essential, as would experience of supporting children with specific academic support.
