Hours: 09:00 – 17:30, there’s flexibility if agreed in advance with your line managers (it may also be necessary on occasions to work outside of these hours).
Croud is a global, full-service, digital marketing partner with a rapidly growing in-house team of 200+ digital experts.
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to focus on attracting and sourcing talent for future and current vacancies at Croud. You will build a pipeline of talent for our business and manage the whole recruitment process end to end ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Reporting to the Global HR Director, this role has responsibility for delivering the recruitment strategy that supports the growth of Croud and facilitates positioning Croud as an employer of choice, attracting the best talent to the business. The role will suit an ambitious, experienced recruiter that sees the value in talent.
Key Responsibility:
- Manage and lead key initiative and projects with recruiting, stakeholders and hiring partners
- Liaising with local agencies, HR and Compliance to agree T&Cs, rates and deliverables, where required
- Developing a holistic view of the organisation and its management structure so to preempt potential recruitment and plan a course of action
- Consistently reviewing the approach and routes to market utilised by Croud in order to ensure that we are ahead of market trends and establishing pipelines bring talent into the organisation
- Application management, sifting CV’s and responding to candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Conduct screening interviews and coordinate second and third stage interviews
- Evaluate candidates based on their interview and assignment performance, ensuring equal opportunities and a fair process for all candidates
- Liaise with the hiring managers, HR and Finance to get recruitment authorisation, offer letters and onboarding documents
- Provide recruitment counsel, training, feedback and guidance to all hiring managers
- Asses the talent supply internally and externally, clarify and understand different gaps and develop strategies to close those
- gaps and source the required talent
- Reviewing the recruitment materials and provide advice and guidance to hiring managers regarding interview questions and tests/exercises
- Advertise job openings on careers pages, job boards and social networks (e.g. LinkedIn)
- Coordinate with HR and hiring managers to write up job descriptions
- Take ownership for the ongoing management and development of the Applicant Tracking System
- Managing the PSL and, where needed, liaising with selected recruitment agencies
- Provide candidates with the appropriate constructive feedback and an excellent candidate experience
- Work with the Senior HR Manager to ensure a joined up onboarding and recruitment experience
- Produce recruitment MI and maintain the hiring tracker up to date
About you:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, business management or equivalent
- A clear understanding of modern recruitment principles
- In-depth demonstrable experience in talent acquisition
- Demonstrable experience of hiring technically qualified professionals in a timely manner
- Ability to produce recruitment MI for business use
- Proficient in Google Suite/Microsoft Suite
- Team player
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work across multiple projects and to prioritise based on business needs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and adaptability to talk to candidates from entry level to C-suite, as well as senior stakeholders across the business
Desirable: CIPD Level 5 or equivalent
