Launched in 2003, the care homes provide specialist residential care to people with a learning disability who also present with challenging behaviour. Many of their service users have a diagnosis of autism, neurological difficulties and / or other complex needs.
They are passionate about providing high quality care services to adults with a learning disability and complex needs.

In this role, you will support young adults with autism and learning disabilities to lead fulfilled and independent lives. No experience necessary.
Within the care team there is a focus on fun, good health and enjoyment, providing people with a learning disability opportunities to expand their sphere of experience and to develop their lives in creative and imaginative ways
