Job Title: Care Worker
Location: High Wycombe
Salary: £9.50 per hour rises to £10.00 per hour after a 6 month probation.
Job Type: Full-time and Part-time roles available

The Role:
We are seeking a Support Worker who has experience working with adults with physical and learning disabilities as well as Autism, Challenging behaviour, and sensory needs.
We currently have vacancies within our Residential Care homes and Supported Living services.
You must be determined, empathetic and committed to making a difference to our service users’ lives. If you approach every situation with respect and a genuine caring nature, we want to hear from you!
Previous experience as a Support Worker is very desirable, notably in the areas of autism, mental health, learning disabilities and challenging behaviour. The job requires you to be flexible and work alternate weekends. If you are interested in joining our friendly team, please apply
The Candidate:
- Experience providing care to people with autism and learning difficulties.
- NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care (Preferable)
- Great energy, positive body language, passion for care
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Ability to report on service user’s condition, in a clear concise manner, both written and verbally.
- Good hygiene and infection control skills
