We are looking for people who answered yes to join our brilliant supported living service in the Nailsea area of Somerset as Support Workers, we are looking for people who want to make a difference and want to do it with a smile on their face
Your Role:
As a Support Worker your job will revolve around assisting the people we support to do what they want to do, a Support Worker’s day may involve:
- Providing active support
- Prompting and assisting with jobs around the house
- Encouraging the people we support to be as independent as possible
- Accompanying people we support into the community
- Administering medication
- Personal care
What we need from you:
The main thing for us is that you embody our mission of ensuring that young people and adults with disabilities don’t face barriers to being able to live their best life. The people we support in Nailsea are capable, energetic individuals and we need people who can mirror and promote that attitude. As the people we support have mobility vehicles we require applicants to a have a full driving licence.
