We are looking for someone to join of our supported living services in Chippenham. We currently support four individuals with learning disabilities to live as independently as possible whilst enjoying barrier free access to the community.
Experience isn’t everything, we are more interested in finding someone who is looking to make a difference and shares our passion for putting the people we support at the centre of everything we do. We can teach you how to be a Support Worker, we just need you to come to us with a willingness to learn and the ability to use your initiative.
A Support Worker’s duties:
Your role will involve:
- Providing active support
- Assisting with jobs around the house
- Helping the people we support with evening and morning routines
- Personal care
- Monitoring the wellbeing of the people we support

Pay and Benefits:

Please be aware that this role will involve weekend, bank holiday work and sleep ins. The successful candidate will also be subject to a full DBS check.
