Job Title: Support Worker

Salary: £19,240 per year
Job type: There are various full and part time hours available! Your working pattern will be varied over a seven-day rota, and would include some weekends and bank holidays.

Our friendly Burnham-on-Sea Residential homes are currently looking for passionate and committed support workers to join their teams to support autistic adults.
Ideally, you will have a background in supporting autistic people if not, we have a fantastic training programme that will get you on your way to achieving a fulfilling job that will beat most out there.
The Role:
- Helping individuals achieve independence and personal goals.
- Supporting and transporting individuals to integrate into their community.
- Develop individuals’ life skills, vocational, educational and creative skills.
- Help provide exercise, leisure and recreational opportunities.
- Transforming lives and achieving results for Autistic Adults.
- The successful candidate will need to be resilient, supportive and sensitive towards the needs of autistic people. Being a support worker takes passion, patience and commitment. But working with autistic people gives so much more in return.

Essential Information Required:
- Are you eligible to work in the UK?
- Are you barred from working with vulnerable people?
- This role is base in a care setting will you be able to provide evidence that you have had the Covid vaccination or proof that you are medically exempt.
