The position:
We are looking for a Support consultant with a strong technical background and real world experience to join our team. The team delivers a consistently high quality support service providing support directly to our clients when they experience technical issues with our software. You will have the opportunity to develop your technical skills whale making a positive contribution to the performance of the team.

Who is the ideal candidate?
The ideal candidate will
- have experience of working in a pressured customer service application support environment
- have a good level of SQL knowledge in order to query complex databases
- have knowledge of web based application infrastructure
- be able to demonstrate logical thinking and problem solving techniques
- be highly motivated and self-driven
- be able to prioritise workload
- have the ability and willingness to learn
- be prepared to be part of the out of hours rota
An understanding of ITIL would be an advantage.
