Job Title: Supply Chain Administrator
Location: Orpington
Salary: £27,000 per annum
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time
Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 9am – 5pm
S&B Herba Foods Limited are importers, distributors and food processors servicing the Food Services, Retail, Ethnic and Food Manufacturing sectors.
We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our busy Supply Chain Department in Orpington, Kent.
The successful candidate will be required to carry out the following duties-
- Work with the team to execute and control customer orders
- Administering orders onto the system; sales input and customer invoicing
- Inputting purchase invoices relating to Supply Chain
- Being a key point of contact for Suppliers, Hauliers and Customers to ensure deliveries are met within timelines agreed
- Communicating with Customers to book in deliveries; advising them of any delays and finding solutions
- Liaising with our Warehouses to ensure stock is delivered to them without any issues
- Communicating daily with customers to provide a good customer service
The candidate must have the following experience
- Transport/logistics experience
- Customer Service
- Be confident in handling difficult scenarios to ensure our Customers’ needs are met
- Excel spreadsheets
We moved to a new system earlier this year, so full training will be provided. You should have a good level of excel skills as there will be spreadsheets to maintain. It is key that you possess good administration skills as real time and correct information is relied upon by all the team.
