Job Title: Stock Replenisher
Reports to: Demand and Forecast Planning Manager
Location: Battersea, London SW8 4DF – Initially, office-based, work from home to be reviewed at 3-months’ probation
Salary: £25,000
Job Type: Full-time/Permanent – 8 am-5 pm

The Position:
As Stock Replenisher you will be responsible for maintenance of stock levels and for placing orders according to sales forecasts, customer orders and business requirements.
Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Ensure that daily stock levels are maintained, and orders placed for the products required.
- Ensure waste is kept to a minimum and work towards reducing current levels.
- Regularly liaise with the Commercial teams and provide product knowledge where applicable.
- Maintain stock level & forecast reports and advise the senior team accordingly.
- Advise Commercial teams on product shortages as they arise.
- Ensure ‘core line’ products are maintained to the prescribed level.
- Assist with new projects designed to improve the efficiency of the purchasing department.
- Undertake administrative duties as and when required.
- Ad hoc tasks and reasonable requests as and when required
Performance Measures:
- Completion of tasks promptly and effectively.
- Reduce current waste levels
- Stock levels are maintained
- Swift implementation of preventative actions.
People & Culture:
- Manage upwards and downwards communications to create a sense of purpose for the site and a sense of belonging to a wider Harvey & Brockless organisation.
- Help support and improve business performance; this includes providing strong personal management.
- To liaise with the line managers to ensure all quality requirements are being met at this site.
- Development of good working relationships with all staff.

- Comply with responsibilities under the company Health & Safety at Work policy
Security:
- To take reasonable precautions to protect the Company’s property
- To challenge any unauthorized personnel on the premises
- To report and investigate any incident of theft
Qualifications:
- Educated to A Level standard
- 2 years previous experience in a purchasing role
