Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations with an emphasis on efficiency and timely completion of projects.
- Guarantee Quality: Maintain the highest standards of spray painting quality to achieve complete client satisfaction.
- Maintenance Oversight: Ensure regular maintenance, cleaning, and calibration of painting equipment to maintain optimal performance.
- Inventory Mastery: Manage inventory levels and procure supplies cost-effectively.
- Team Leadership & Development: Foster a culture of excellence, safety, and continuous learning.
- Safety First: Model and enforce stringent safety protocols.
- Customer Engagement: Develop and sustain robust client relationships, ensuring their visions are realized to their fullest satisfaction.
- Stay Ahead: Keep abreast of industry trends and innovations, integrating best practices into daily operations.
- Financial Stewardship: Manage budgets and costs to enhance shop profitability.
- Documentation Expertise: Maintain accurate records and generate detailed reports as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years managerial experience in spray painting or a related field.
- Proven proficiency in spray painting techniques and equipment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong financial management capabilities, with a focus on budgeting and cost control.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Relevant industry certifications are considered an asset.

Location Requirements:
- Must be able to reliably commute to or plan to relocate to London before starting work.
Education: GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Supervising: 6 years (preferred)
- Customer Service: 6 years (preferred)
